Lower down the intake of salt

Eating more salt is neither good for your heart nor good for your weight. If you eat too much salt rich food then you will be more likely to develop love handles because salt leads to water retention. If you wish to lose love handles then you need to lower down the intake of salt in your diet. While cooking food, be careful while putting salt in it.

Do exercises for lower back

Avoid sugary drinks

It is always good to avoid sugary drinks but it is even better for those people who wish to lose love handles. Sugary and carbonated drinks make people gain weight. They offer a lot of empty calories to the body which just make people fat. You should drink more water and avoid drinking sugary drinks. Even canned food should be avoided for losing love handles.

Move yourself

If you wish to lose love handles then you need to burn calories and if you want to burn calories then you need to move your body. Instead of being lazy, always take up any work which involves any kind of physical movement. Even if you walk for 15 to 20 minutes in your home while doing some other work like talking on the phone then you will be able to lose love handles. Try to do activities like cleaning your house, climbing the stairs etc.

Do cardio exercises

If you do cardio exercises for at least 30 minutes everyday then you will be able to lose love handles. Aerobic exercises like running, cycling, walking etc. are a great way to get rid of love handles. Apart from this, you should indulge in some outdoor sports with your friends. Swimming is also a great exercise which can make you lose love handles.

We have to cut our fat intake in order to lose love handles. When we are able to lower our fat intake, our body will start burning the deposited fat that makes love handles in our body.

Personally every morning i like to drink a tall glass of semen. The night before just work one out in a cup; store it in the fridge and come morning time it’ll be fresh and ready to consume. I’ve lost 35lbs by doing so. Semen is high in protein

I lost some weight by eating more meals per day and not eating past 7 pm. I also get more rest and try to run atleast a mile in the morning before work. I have lost 20 pounds in about 2 1/2 months. And to be honest I dont work out religiously. Cut the bad stuff out, eat more often, drink water, and if you have time, do something to exercise.
